I have been really excited about sharing one of my most favorite books, "Simplicity Parenting" as my 100th post Celebration. I can't believe that I have already hit the mark of 100 posts and it has almost been a full year since I have embraced blogging! This past year has been full of a lot of growing and learning about myself and my children. "Simplicity Parenting" has been such a great turning point for me to start creating a rhythm in our home and to start simplifying the environment around us.
I would love to be able to give this book to all my friends, but since I lack the funds to do so, there will only be one lucky person who will receive this package in the mail.
**Just leave a comment of something you enjoy doing with children (indoors or outdoors) and your email if our aren't a google follower.**
I will draw the name of winner this Wednesday at 11:11 pm.

Our favorite time of the day is when the boys and I snuggle up and read together. Actually, we do this several times a day because we enjoy it so! (I'm a follower and my email is kmmiller4@gmail.com)
Our favorite thing to do is have a dance party. This means we bring out the dance tunes (usually Abba), the dancing scarfs, and anything we can find that makes music and we dance around the house until we wear ourselves out. (If you draw my name, my mom can ship the book to England)
I love to take my nieces and nephews to feed the ducks. That was my favorite thing to do with my parents when I was little, and it seems to be just as magical for "my" kids. It's nice to get some fresh air and run around and explore the surroundings. Plus it teaches them not to waste bread that a human wouldn't touch. Ducks like stale, moldy bread. I think...
As far as in the house, I love making any kind of picture where you slather on the glue, and then cover it with whatever's laying around the house - macaroni, glitter, beans, rice, etc. P.S. Even if neither of my comments win, I'd still love to read the book - looks like a goody.
So many things I love to do with my kids...what to choose?? We do a lot of wrestling at my house but that is mostly with Daddy! I think one of my favorite things that is adaptable to many situations is singing. I LOVE to listen to them as they learn the songs.
Good giveaway! I love to pretend to ice skate by putting wax paper around the kids shoes and slipping on carpet.
We love to read!!
11:11 pm? haha, that made me laugh and think of when we were kids and stay up to make wishes when the numbers on the clock were all the same.
My favorite thing to do with my kids lately is dancing to Christmas music.
Too many good things to choose from, wresting, rolling on the ground, park, library.
V- My favorite is to watch the kids come up with whatever it is they come up with. It's always a surprise and turns out to be so funny!!
Oh! Here's a 'for instance.' Louise was pretty sick the other day and just plain miserable :( So I was reading a book to her and her brother Ansel came in and started doing this blind man dancing routine. LOL!! She couldn't help but laugh and then he came back as the dancing box and to top it off little Mahonri was trying to copy his every move. Needless to say she was up and dancing with the boys in no time and we all ended up having a great time.
I love the blog, so a great give-away. I'm rethinking my homeschooling methods right now & I'm certain this could help!
Well I love to go to the park and chill out in the nice AZ winter weather. I let my child eat dirt, and I bask in the sun light. A great day for all.
p.s. who knew you had this who bloggy thing. I am shocked, surprised, and excited to check it out. You are great, lady.
We love to dance. We push the table out of the way and crank it up. Ewan loves to break dance lately with his shirt off. Good times.
OOH! I really want this book! If I don't win, I might just have to go buy it anyway...
