Jelly fish counting match

This past week was J the Jellyfish. I thought using some streamer tentacles to count and match up to the correct number on the bell of the Jelly fish would be fun.

All you need is:

*Paper to make the bell of the jellyfish
*Streamers for the tentacles and scotch tape
*A marker to write the numbers

I just did numbers 1, 2, 3, 4.

Each child took a turn choosing a tentacle and matching it up to the correct bell of the Jellyfish.

Yeah the 4's all were matched up correctly!

I had all the tentacles taped up on the side wall and each child (I only had 5) took a turn. They loved it!It's like pin the tail on the donkey only better!

What a great idea! I love that it is self-checking too.

What a cute little project! P.S. Have you licked a streamer? If not, give it a go.

for our jellyfish craft we used the clear cup from fruit cup snack packs and cut strips of bubble wrap and glued them to the insided of the cup upsidedown.
